are you on GLUE?
the 360 just dropped in price and its been 2 years since that came out. its been only 1 yr since the wii came out atleast another year if not longer. the wii has no problem selling at its current price. only reason ps3 dropped was slumping sales.
Why would it? they still have a shortage.
It won't for awhile. But if you're going to, expect a few years wait!
By the way, $250 isn't a bad price, I bought mine for $260 with tax.
when christmas comes around, that would be the best time to buy… Christmas sales would drop the price a fair bit. in australia they are $300 now… a 20% percent sale would drop it down to $240… And christmas sales often go to 30%-60% so you never know how cheap you could get one… For the price for it to actually drop (with out sales) I think it would drop half way through last year, because thats when all the MAJOR new titles would have been released…
no not soon at all.
the only reason the ps3 lowered its price is because it was ridiculously expensive
dude, that would be soooo awesome, but it won't drop its price because many people are still buying it at its current price. I would get one now. If you don't really want it then wait untill it drops the price in about christmas 2008. if the price dropped, it wouldn't be much of a difference just like the xbox 360 core dropped only $20.
nope, no time soon
i doubt so because it was released cheap (my opinion) but the PS3 is sorta still expensive and it was released just last year so maybe in like a year.
Not for a long time there is still a shortage on them and it has almost been a year since it was released.
The price will drop later, not sooner, as everyone else has stated. However, if you live in the states, I expect that there will be some good promotions on Black Friday, after Thanksgiving. Maybe a free controller, or free game. But the only way to get one cheaper than $250 for the forseeable future is to buy used. BTW, I went to 3 stores this weekend, they were out of Wii at 2, and the third had one, and someone bought it as I was there. They may be harder to come by this Christmas.
