As demand for affordable high definition video increases, JVC produced two radical mid-range gadgets.
The JVC Everio GZ-HM200 offers dual SD card recording, with continuous recording from one card to the next, and is one of the most petite and featherweight full HD cameras available. This piece of kit too gives a 1/4.1-inch, 3.05-megapixel CMOS image sensor, full HD recording, GENESSA processing technology and upconversion to 1920 x 1080 at 60fps for seamless natural video. This camera is excellent value for money for its pack of abilities in spite of its lacking still image abilities and uncomfortable hand strap.
The JVC GZ-HM400, analogous to its younger sibling, is filled with additional controls, 32GB of internal memory, probably the best top-mounted zoom existing that are available and a progressive adjustment dial which is a far cry from JVC's Laser Touch system. For a high-end machine, the JVC GZ-HM400 might not be the best, but it has excellent attributes and wonderful performance except in low light conditions. Most of all, it is less expensive as compared with its competitors, making it a somewhat inviting pick for a high-end piece of equipment.
These are exceptional equipment and sports high quality videos notwithstanding some flaws. Most importantly, purchase a machine that matches your needs. Scan further unbiased full JVC camcorder reviews here.
